We Value the Human Experience

Innovation

"Tried and true" just means "it's been done before" to us.

We want to explore new horizons to make refreshingly new experiences. Countless players are out there waiting for their favorite game to be made- one that they can fall in love with. SunOracle Games is full of passionate pioneers who are ready to expand on "what is" in order to invent "what could be."

Work With You, Not Against You

SunOracle Games is a remote indie studio. We all work at our own times around our own, individual schedules. We have a few workshops and meetings for a few hours each week to touch base and work personally with each team member.

Crafting Memories

No one is just punching a time slip at SunOracle Games. We are here to make amazing experiences in entertainment. We are here to make emotionally gripping moments that stick with you so you can have and share these memories with the people who love what you love.

Open to New Voices

We aren't the same as those other studios that have a 5+ years' experience requirement. We know from our own trials that the way to get experience is to jump in and get started. If there's knowledge or a skill you're lacking for a role, it will be your primary goal to learn it in an entry position. You share your ideas and we'll share our knowledge. This is how we grow together.

Our Team is Our Community

We create a safe space for all conversations during and outside of work. We value physical and mental health. We create genuine opportunities for growth beyond each role, which helps our team members prepare for better roles with us or wherever they decide to take their skills and knowledge. Joining SunOracle Games is an invitation to stumble and grow with us in a kind, learning environment. We know that being a team means respecting, valuing, and trusting one another.

You can usually find Phil noodling with synthesizers, or else reading some good science fiction. He may be humming a song from Nintendo 64-era Banjo-Kazooie, or even rambling incoherently about his cat Sebby!
